Schedule of Events:

Wednesday June 10:

  • 6pm: Join us for appetizers in the renovated dining room and share a beverage on the roof top patio.

Thursday June 11

  • 9-11am: Grab your welcome package and Breakfast-To-Go from the registration table (Blomidon Room).
  • 11am: Tee times at KenWo Golf and Country Club; check your email for your teams and times. Wilson M. Beck Insurance is sponsoring a Hole in One contest
  • 6pm: Welcome Reception at the Heritage Barn. Join us for a complimentary beverage, sponsored by Wilson M. Beck Insurance. Check your welcome package for your drink ticket. We’ll draw for the Golf Grand Prize, sponsored by IKO Industries, before we dive in to our BBQ Buffet.
  • 7-12pm: BBQ Buffet with entertainment and a late night snack. Keep the party going, but don’t forget that our AGM starts at 9am!

Friday June 12   

  • 7:30-9am: Join us for a Buffet Breakfast before our AGM
  • 9am: RCANS Annual General Meeting – Details TBA
  • 11:30am: ‘Hit the Road’ Coffee station, sponsored by Milennium. Grab a coffee, tea or bottled water for the road. Don’t forget to try one of Chef’s Signature treats.
